From Railway Station:
Pick up will be arranged from Kottayam Railway Station that is about 72 Kms from the venue, on Kottayam –Kumily road. It will take 2.30 hours to reach the venue from the Kottayam railway station and if you prefer to use your own vehicle, you can reach within 2 hours. Though it is a hilly terrain, roads are well maintained for a safe drive.
From Airport:
Nedumbassery is the nearest Airport to the venue. The road distance would be around 120 kms and it will take 3.30 hours to reach the venue by public transport. Pre-paid taxi will be available at the airport and this can be one of the options to reach the venue.
From Bus Stand:
Route buses are available on regular intervals from all major towns such as Kottayam, Ernakulam etc. The road condition is good and you can reach the venue from the above stations within 2.30 to 3.30 hours.
Further Information:
1. One luxury bus will be arranged for the pick-up of the delegates from Kottayam Railway station to the venue at Kuttikkanam . Bus will start from the railway station at 6.30 am on 23 May 2026. The trip back to the Railway station will be arranged immediately after the lunch on 24th Dec. The cost involved for the pick-up from and the trip back to the Kottayam Railway Station will be borne by the organizers.
2. Taxi fare from Kochi Airport to the venue will be around 3,500/- and it will take 3.30 hours to reach the venue.
3. Ample car parking space is available and around 80 cars can be parked in the parking space at the venue.
4. If anyone would like to travel by public transport ( Bus), there will be lot of private and KSRTC buses from Kottayam to Kuttikkanam ( from KSRTC bus station and Nagampadam private bus stand , Kottayam).
5. Our venue Kudumbasangamam convention centre is on Kottayam –Kumily road, just opposite to Marian School, kuttikkanam.
6. The hotel accommodations are arranged within a radius of 5-6 Kms from the venue. Transportation to the venue from hotels in the morning and from the venue to the hotels after the daily program will be provided.
7. Check-in time in many of the hotels are 12.00 noon. So those who are coming on 23rd, please come directly to the Convention venue. Locker rooms will be made available at the venue for delegates arriving early in the morning on Friday. They can check in as per the requirements.
8. We strongly recommend you for an extended stay for a day or two to avail this exotic resort stay on Kerala’s high range ambiance.
